Follow these simple steps to get started with creating your chatbot on Memorly.ai:

Step 1: Create Your First Chatbot

Access your Memorly.AI account with your credentials.

  1. Navigate to the Agent tab.

  2. Click on the "Create" button located on the dashboard.

  3. A prompt will ask you to name your chatbot. Choose a unique and descriptive name that reflects its purpose (e.g., "Customer Support Bot" or "Product FAQ Assistant").

  4. Once named, click "Save". Your chatbot will now exist in its basic form and be ready for customization.

Step 2: Connect Channels

  1. From the Agent 3 dot menu, select the Channels tab. This area allows you to connect your chatbot to various communication platforms.

  2. Go to Agent → Channels → Web Chat → Click "Connect"

Website

Click on the connect button on the web chat card. Copy the embed code and add that code into your website(ctrl+shift+i) to integrate the chatbot widget into your website.

Insert this code to your browser and get it connected to your browser.
